On the day that have been promise, Hotaru gets ready and go to tren station to meet Maya at there. She sees Maya already at there.

“Gomen, I’m late.” Say Hotaru.

“It’s okay. I just get here early. Let’s go have some fun and this is your uchiwa. I made it by myself.” Say Maya as she gives it to Hotaru.

“Wow, thank you. It looks really great.” Say Hotaru.

“I know you still don’t have your ichiban. So, I made your uchiwa consists of all HSJ members.” Say Maya.

Daiki still is styling his hair but his mind still thinking about Hotaru. Yamada realizes that Daiki spacing out. So, he slaps his friend’s head.

“Itai, yo. What do you want?” ask Daiki.

“You take too much time to do your hair. The others want style their hair too.” Say Yamada.

“I’m almost done with it.” Say Daiki.

“Wow, this is where they perform? Sugoi.” Ask Hotaru as they take seat in NHK Hall.

“Yes, they always do the show here. I really excited to see my ichiban again.” Say Maya excitedly.

“Wow, it’s seemed they really popular.” Say Hotaru.

“It’s not seemed but they really popular. Even oba-chan like them.” Say Maya. Hotaru looks around and agree whit that because a few of audience are old oba-chan.

When the show starts, she joins the other cheer up to the people who performs. She really happy to see they perform. Luckily, that day show has piano performance from Inoo Kei. She really likes to see the piano performance.

“He’s really great in playing piano. Maya, who’s is he?” say Hotaru.

“His name is Inoo Kei but Jumpers always call him as Inoo-chan. He’s Sugoi with piano.” Say Maya to her friend who just got into in the interest.

Daiki really happy in that day show because he sees Hotaru at audience’s seat. He shows his smile all the time. His members don’t care about it because the theme of that day show is smile. The only one who realizes the different is Yamada.

“What wrong with you, Dai-chan? You really happy today.” Say Yamada.

“Really?” ask Chinen.

“I think I know why. You saw Hotaru-chan today. She sees our performance here.” Say Yuto.

“Eh, how do you know about it and why you call her like that?” ask Daiki.

“She knows me and she say I can call her like that. She tells me that she will come here today and I see her too.” Say Yuto.

“Masakka, masakka, Dai-chan like the girl?” say Kota.

“That’s not what I meant. I just help her other day and she looks special.” Say Daiki.

“It’s not a good reason, Dai-chan. You must have another reason for it.” Say Hikaru as he touches Daiki’s hair.

“Wow, it’s really great show. Thanks, Maya.” Hotaru say to Maya.

“Now, you have your ichiban?” Maya ask her.

“Not yet but I really like the way Inoo play piano and I meet someone that I’ve seen in ages.” Say Hotaru.

“Who?” ask Maya.

“Okamoto Keito. He used to live near my uncle’s house. I have been there for a while and I know him very well.” She says.

“Wow, you close with one of them. It’s really great. I still hope that I can get close with my ichiban.” Say Maya.

“But I don’t know if he still remember me or not.” Say Hotaru.

Suddenly, her phone ringing and she receive an email, “Today, I saw someone just like you. I just finish my show and this is my first email after last 2 years. We can meet sometimes and I will ask Inoo too. Tell me when you have free time.”

“Wow, we just talk about him and I receive email from him.” Say Hotaru as she replies the email.

“Who? Okamoto Keito?” ask Maya.

“Yes.” She replies it.

“Eh, he has your phone number? Why?” ask Maya.

“I have his number long time ago and same with him. But he never mention what group he’s in. I only know he become artist. He just say, one day I will see him perform on stage.” Say Hotaru.

After several days, she goes to bakery to buy cake for herself. Suddenly she feel want to eat cake and she have to go alone because her parent not in home. She looks cakes on the rack and tries to make decision. Finally, she buys black forest cake and drink before he gets a seat in the shop.

Daiki just come back from group discussion. He passes by the bakery and sees Hotaru. He wants to call her but his phone ringing.

“Hello.” Say Daiki.

“Chibi oni-chan, can you help me? I have order cake at usual bakery that we go but I give a wrong date. Can you tell them to change the date to next week.” Say Saori.

“You can do it by yourself.” Say Daiki.

“I want to do it by myself but I’m on the way to airport. My daddy’s assistant is coming here. I have to meet him to get my things from him.” Say Saori and she hung the call.

“At least wait for me to answer ‘no’ to it.” Say Daiki

She still eats her cake while looking to the street. She realizes that Daiki just get into the bakery and goes to reception. She just continues her eating.

Daiki see Hotaru sitting on one of the table. He buys drink and get near to her seat. He sits beside her.

“Hi, Hotaru.” Say Daiki.

“Hi, I thought you have work today.” Say Hotaru.

“I just finish it. It only discussion for upcoming show.” Say Daiki.

“Wow, it must really busy become an idol. You guys are so great.” Say Hotaru.

“Yeah, but how do you know I have work today. Yuto-kun tells you?” ask Daiki.

“No. Keito-kun tells me. We have know each other for a long time but he never mention he one of your group.” Say Hotaru.

Hotaru get ready to go out. She really happy because today she will meet Keito and Inoo. Keito have arranged meeting for three of them.

When a car arrives, she goes outside the house and get into the car. Keito had told her that Inoo will fetch her at her house. They go to a café and have a drink at there.

“You guys enjoy your time and I have to go now because I have work to do.” Say Keito and leave both of them.

“So, Keito-kun say that you really great in playing piano.” Say Inoo.

“I’m not really great. I just like to play piano. My uncle will send me music score for me to play with it.” Say Hotaru.

“Wah, how about after this we play piano. I know a place that will allow us to play piano.” Say Inoo.

After the finish drinking, they go to a hall that special for piano performance. They play duet song at piano on the stage.

“Wow, you really good in playing this piece. You have played it before?” ask Inoo.

“I think I have played this piece before. Maybe 2 or 3 years ago because my uncle also play this piece with piano solo.” Say Hotaru.

“No wonder you can play it well. How about other music genre?” ask Inoo.

“I always play classic music score because my uncle sends the music score. I have many classic music score in my collection.” Say Hotaru.

“I have music score too but only HSJ songs. I can make a copy for you.” Say Inoo.

“It’s really great but what you want as return?” ask Hotaru.

“Just tell me who your ichiban?” ask Inoo.

“… I still can’t decide who my ichiban. You guys really great.” Say Hotaru.

“I hope you can tell me who your ichiban. I really want to know.” Say Inoo.

At school, she will learn like other student and have the normal life. Daiki want to talk with her but he doesn’t get any chances to talk with her. One day, he saw Inoo waiting in front of the school.

“Inoo-chan, what are you doing at here?” he ask Inoo.

“Dai-chan, I’m waiting for someone. We will go out and do our favorite things together.” Say Inoo. Then, he sees Hotaru get out from school building.

“Sorry, I’m late. I have to send my report to my homeroom teacher.” Say Hotaru.

“It’s okay. Jane, Dai-chan.” Say Inoo and he leave with Hotaru.

“She in love with him?” he ask himself.

Since that day, Daiki always see Inoo with Hotaru. They really close to each other. Sometimes, he will bring her to their practice and he finds time for them to play piano. Everyone see them as couple but both of them always deny it.

He feels really jealous when see them together. He always says to himself that he doesn’t like Hotaru but the feeling becomes stronger and stronger. At school, he will find time to meet her and talk with her and her friends.

“You really like her, right?” say Keito.

“It’s not like what you think. I don’t have any feeling at her.” Say Daiki.

“You really like her. I know her really well. She looks very happy now.” Say Keito.

“You really close with Hotaru-chan?” ask Yuto.

. “She my friend when I live in England. She’s my neighbor’s niece.” Say Keito.

“Wah, what are you guys talking?” say Inoo.

“Nothing. We just discuss unnecessary things.” Say Yuto.

“You from piano hall?” ask Daiki.

“Yes. Hotaru really happy when we practice new song. I want to go back now with her. See you guys tomorrow.” Say Inoo.

“Keito, this is your things. Thank you for lending to me. Bye, guys.” Say Hotaru and she follow Inoo.

“Dai-chan, I think at least you tell her your feeling. If she rejects you, she still accepts you as her friend.” Say Keito.

In the car, Inoo play music in the car. Hotaru only looking outside the car without give any reaction. Inoo realize it and ask her something.

“It’s there something happen?” ask Inoo.

“Inoo-chan, can I like an idol more than just fans for him?” ask Hotaru.

“What make you say that kind of things?” ask Inoo.

“I like my ichiban so much and… I don’t know how to describe it by words.” Say Hotaru.

“It must be the boy that you tell me before this right? If he like you too, so it good for you.” He says to her.

“I know you will say like that.” say Hotaru and Inoo just smile at her.

One day, she gets email from Daiki and it say he wants to see her. She gets ready and goes to the address that Daiki had give to her.

When she reaches there, she realizes that the address he gives to her was a café that no one knows the existence. She gets into the café and sees Daiki on a side of the café.

“Daiki, why you want to see me at here? We can see at school.” Say Hotaru.

“I want to ask your something, do you have your lover?” Daiki ask wrongly. He wants to ask other thing.

“Eh, why you ask that kind of things? If I have my lover, I will not go here alone.” Say Hotaru.

“It’s not my question actually. I want to ask you, who are your ichiban?” he does his mistake again.

“Do I have to answer that kind of question?” ask Hotaru back to him.

“I don’t know.” Say Daiki.

“I will not answer it now. Daiki, it’s better if you be straight forward to me.” Say Hotaru.

“Actually, I want to say that I like you since I saw you at first time you at school. I want to tell you this earlier but I really scare if you just treat me as an idol.” Say Daiki.

“I never treat you as my idol only. You’re my ichiban. My only ichiban. I like you too.” Say Hotaru.

“But if Inoo-chan knows about this…” say Daiki.

“He will be really happy for me.” Say Hotaru.

“Eh, you are not in love with him?” ask Daiki.

“Inoo-chan just like my brother and he just help me playing piano. Only you my ichiban.” Say Hotaru.
