Nuha still get ready for her day. She wears her mini dress and legging but when she thinks it may not suit her, she quickly changes to other clothes. Her mother shouts from kitchen, “Nuha, you should hurry up or you will be late for your class.”

“Hai, Ka-chan. I will be down soon.” Say Nuha. She grabs her favorite sling back and goes downstairs. She wears her favorite sneaker and go to train station.

“Woi, you’re late.” Shout Hikaru when notice her.

“I’m a girl and need more time to prepare.” Say Nuha.

“You’re a girl? Am I dreaming right now?” ask Hikaru as he act like he still sleeping by rubbing his eyes.

“What did you say?” ask Nuha as she wants to hit Hikaru but the train just arrives. Both of them squeeze themselves among the crowd to get into the train.

“Ha, both of you arrive late again.” Say Kota when see both of his friends arrive in the class and take seat.

“Well, I have to wait this ‘girl’ to get ready.” Say Hikaru as he ruffles Nuha’s hair.

“Don’t ruin my hair. It really hard to set it.” Say Nuha.

“Even I ruin your hair, you can ask Kiriko to fix your hair.” Say Hikaru. Kiriko is Kota’s twin sister and she work part time as hairdresser.

“Hey, I’m not work for free.” Say Kiriko. When the sensei gets into the class, they go to their seat and concentrate to their lesson.

After all class on that day end, they go to a club where some of them work at there. Kiriko says, “Why you don’t want to become their singer? You have nice voice, right?”

“I don’t have confident with it.” Say Nuha.

“You don’t have confident with your voice just like your love?” Nuha really surprise with what Kiriko’s words. She never know that Kiriko know about it.

“How you know about it?” ask Nuha.

“I’m a hairdresser which means I already meet various people. So, people in dilemma with their love were including with my costumer’s list.” Say Kiriko.

“You going to tell him about it?” ask Nuha.

“Of course not. I don’t want to get involve with it but if you need advice, I can tell what I know.” Say Kiriko.

“You think he realize that I like him?” Nuha want to know about it.

“He should realize it but I think he just too baka to realize it.” Say Kiriko. They see Hikaru and Kota gets on stage and sing their song, ‘Tear and smile’. The audiences cheer up for both of them. After their singing done, Hikaru and Kota join the girls at their table.

“Sugoi performance.” Say Kiriko to Kota.

“Thank you.” Say Kota.

“You don’t want to say anything to me?” ask Hikaru.

“This is your drink.” Say Nuha as she gives drink to Hikaru. Kota and Kiriko just laugh with it.

“Why you guys laughing?” ask Nuha.

“Nothing.” Say Kiriko.

After that, they go to separate way as Kota want to send Kiriko to her workplace. Hikaru and Kiriko walk together but both of them have nothing to say. Hikaru acts like what to hold Nuha’s hand but he think that she may lose tempered if he did that.

Nuha says when she reaches at her home, “See you again tomorrow.”

“Yeah.” Say Hikaru. He just sees her back until she gets into the house before go back to his house. He keeps thinking about Nuha when he arrives home. He just lay on a sofa and look ceiling above him. Suddenly, a pillow hit his face. He says, “Hey, what are you try to do?”

“You spacing out and you open your mouth too wide until a giant insect can get into it.” Say Nuha.

“Why you at here?” ask Hikaru as he really surprise to see Nuha.

“Oh, Ka-chan asks me to send this to here. I already ring the bell but you didn’t answer and you not lock the door. I put this at kitchen. This is cake that ka-chan just learn how to make it.” Say Nuha.

“Ah, arigatou.” Say Hikaru as he takes out his phone. Nuha just put the cake at kitchen and go back to her house.

One day, their university makes annual festival and they decide to make performance. Hikaru gives suggestion, “Nuha, how about you become our singer during the performance?”

“Why you want me to become singer?” Nuha really surprise with it.

“We think to make band and we already choose song. You will sing for us, I will play bass, Kota with his guitar while Kiriko will play the drum.” Say Hikaru.

“Why suddenly Kiriko play the drum?” ask Nuha again.

“Because I want too. I want to hear you sing again.” Say Kiriko.

“Okay. I will sing but these things will the first and last I do it.” Say Nuha.

“Yay, you’re the best.” Say Kiriko as she hugs Nuha.

“I want the hug too.” Say Hikaru as he gets ready to be hug but Nuha quickly escapes from him and run away.

“Let me hug you.” Say Kota.

“I don’t want to get hug from you.” Say Hikaru. Kota just smacks his head and the girls just laugh to see it.

“Hey, what song you want to perform?” ask Nuha.

“Hello by Yui. We know you like that song and it would easy for you as we don’t have enough time for it.” Say Kiriko.

“Eh, you say we will practice today but why both of you didn’t come to studio to practice today?” ask Nuha to Kiriko from phone.

“Gomen. My boss suddenly calls me to go work as we are short of worker at here while Kota has to help our mom to prepare for upcoming event. Both of you just practice at there and hope rabu-rabu moment happen.” Say Kiriko.

“Woi, don’t say like that. I have to concentrate for the festival.” Say Nuha.

“Hai… Hai… I know about it.” Say Kiriko while giggling. Nuha know her friend just want to tease her by hearing her friend giggle. She hung the call as Kiriko need to continue her work.

“You want to continue our practice?” ask Hikaru.

“I think we just continue it as I really need to used hear the music.” Say Nuha. Hikaru begin play with his bass and Nuha practice the songs. Actually, it was Hikaru’s idea who wants to practice alone with Nuha.

After several hours, they end the practice and go back home. Both of them really happy as that is the first time they spend time for practice without Kiriko and Kota.

“Okay, see you again later.” Say Nuha.

“Wait.” Say Hikaru. Hikaru pulls Nuha closer to him and he kiss her forehead before leave her. Nuha really surprise with it and she can feel her face burning. She quickly gets into the house and run to her room.

“Nuha, what happen to you today? Why you running back to your room?” ask her mother.

“Nothing, ka-chan. I just tired today and can’t wait to be on my bed.” Lie Nuha. She doesn’t want her mother notice her face red like tomato at that time.

“Oba-san, Nuha are not going to class today?” ask Hikaru.

“Yeah, it seem she get fever.” Say Nuha’s mother.

“Hm… I hope she can recover before the festival.” Say Hikaru. He goes to class alone on that day. When reach at class, everyone can see his face gloomy on that day.

“Do you know that you have gloomy face today?” ask Kota.

“Oh, really? Maybe it because I walk alone today. Nuha can’t go to class today as she having fever.” Say Hikaru.

“Did you do something to her?” ask Kiriko.

“I just kiss her forehead when we reach at her house yesterday.” Say Hikaru.

“Oh… no wonder.” Say Kiriko.

“Why you say like that?” ask Hikaru as he curious with Kiriko’s reply.

“Nothing, maybe I will go to visit her after class.” Say Kiriko.

“I want to follow you.” Say Hikaru.

“Hey, we will having girls’ talk which that mean no boys are allowed. At least, we need to make sure she’s okay tomorrow as the festival will begin tomorrow.” Say Kiriko.

After class, Kiriko disappear to go to Nuha’s house to visit her while the boys decide to walk around the street to find anything they can use for the festival. Kota asks, “You haven’t told her about your feeling?”

“I will tell her later.” Say Hikaru.

“Dude, you already kiss her forehead. At least, you should tell her that you like her before everything’s late.” Say Kota.

“I have to think about it more.” Say Hikaru.

“You just say, ‘I like you’. It’s more than enough.” Say Kota.

“You can say it easily but look at yourself. You still have no girlfriend.” Say Hikaru.

“Who’s say like that? I already have lover.” Say Kota.

“Eh, really?” Hikaru really shock to hear it.

“You think why I always want to send Kiriko to the salon? I meet my lover at there.” Say Kota.

“How you confess to her?” ask Hikaru.

“I say to her that I like her and that’s beginning for us.” Say Kota.

“Hey, I bring your favorite sweet.” Say Kiriko.

“Arigatou, Kiriko.” Say Nuha.

“How’s your fever?” ask Kiriko.

“I already okay. It just slight fever.” Say Nuha.

“That’s good. We have performance tomorrow for the festival. I already hear about it. Chu~~” Say Kiriko.

“How you know about it?” ask Nuha.

“Hikaru tell us about it. He should just confess about it to you.” Say Kiriko.

“Forget about it. Can you hear my singing? I’m a bit worried about it.” Say Nuha. Kiriko just nods her head and Nuha begin sing it.

After she finish singing, Kiriko says, “You voice already perfect but it lack of feeling.”

“What should I do?” ask Nuha. Kiriko smile and whisper something to Nuha’s ear. When Kiriko finish whisper, Nuha says, “No way. I don’t want to do it.”

“It’s up to you because it for your love.” Say Kiriko.

On the festival day, Hikaru go to Nuha’s house but Nuha already leave the house. He just decides to go by himself. He hears music to remember the beat for the song. As he arrive at the campus, Kota call him and he get near.

“You almost late, Hikaru.” Say Kota.

“Hw about the girls?” ask Hikaru.

“Both of them go to change room to get ready before the show. I really curious as both of them really secretive on what they want to wear today.” Say Kota.

Both of them go to the room that provided for them and fix what need for their instrument. Hikaru keep thinking why Nuha haven’t arrived yet. When it almost their turn, the door open and both of the girl get into the room. Hikaru really surprise to see Nuha as she wear simple mini dress and light make-up.

“How does she look? Pretty, right?” ask Kiriko.

“Really pretty.” Say Hikaru.

“Okay, you guys next.” Say the student who manages the show.

They get on the stage and get ready. Nuha look in front of her and begin feel really nervous with it. Hikaru get near her and says, “Don’t nervous. Just calm down and remember that I always beside you.”

Nuha still nervous about it and she begin shaking. Hikaru get near to her and wear a necklace to her neck as he says, “I always wear this when I make performance at the club. It gives me courage and now it’s you turns to wear it.”

“Arigatou.” Say Nuha. They begin the music and Nuha sing happily to entertain the audiences. Everyone cheer up for them and after the song end, Hikaru pulls Nuha to leave the stage quickly.

“Hikaru, why you pull her to go here?” ask Nuha.

“I keep cheating to myself that you deserve better man than me but now I want you to know that I don’t want anything to get you. I like you and I don’t want anyone get near you.” Say Hikaru as he hugs Nuha.

“Are you serious? You’re not joking, right?” ask Nuha.

“I always joking but this time I’m serious. I want to make you as my one and only lover. So, can I know he answers?” Say Hikaru.

“I would be honor. I always think that I’m having one-sided love.” Say Nuha. Hikaru release the hug and put his lips on Nuha’s. Both of them really happy with it and suddenly realize someone take peek from outside.

“Just continue and don’t care about us. Just think we are invisible at here.” Say Kota.

“Okay.” Say Hikaru as he wants to continue the kiss but Nuha quickly shove off his face. Kiriko and Kota just laugh to see Nuha’s face who already red. From that day, Hikaru and Nuha face the day as couple even challenge come to them with intention to separate them. Kota and Hikaru becomes singer but Hikaru will always find time to spend time with them.

“I have a girl that I love and her name is Nakamura Nuha. She is special girl that for me.” Say Hikaru every time someone ask if he has someone special in his life or not.
