Chocolate, past and love.

Summary: Because of chocolate, the girl change into other person. Can the chocolate change it as her love luck?
p/s: Gomen about my English. It a bit broken as I don't really expert in English.

            Valentine’s Day almost here and every girls rush to buy chocolate while most of boys nervously waiting for it but there’s a girl who just calm to think about it. She walks around the street and watch people. She also thinks to give chocolate to person that she likes but the past still hunt her.

            “I will never accept chocolate from a person like you, Yukie.” Say that person.

            She gets into a shop and a promoter get near her, “Miss, you want to buy chocolate for Valentine’s Day? We make special sale for you.”

            She thinks for several second and says, “Hm… I think I will buy it for to-chan and aniki.”

            “How about your boyfriend or crush?” ask the promoter.

            “I don’t have it and doesn’t need it.” Say Yukie.

            After pay the price, she put it in her bag and continue walk around. She walks in front of a fortune teller woman and the woman teller says, “Miss, you seem scared about your past.”

            “How do you know?” ask Yukie.

            “I’m a fortune teller. Of course I know about it with just see your face. You want to hear more?” ask the woman.

            “Maybe I can do it just to kill time.” Say Yukie.

            “Let me see you palm.” Say the woman and Yukie just give for her to see it.

            “What you see, oba-san?” ask Yukie.

            “Your love will meet you again and regret on what he did to you. He actually different from what you’ve known before. You have to get ready for it because you can’t predict what will happen.” Say the woman.

            Yukie just smile and pay the fee before leave her. She goes to train station to go back home. While waiting the train, she hears music from her phone and realizes someone she knows beside her. She try to hide her face because she doesn’t want the person notice her.

            “Why I have to encounter with him at time like this?” ask Yukie to herself.

            “Eh, Yukie. What are you doing here?” ask Masuda.

            “I’m taking train to go back to my house after shopping.” Say Yukie.

            “I’ve went to your house but your parent say that you already move out.” Say Masuda.

            “Yeah, I want to live on my own feet.” Say Yukie.

            “What are doing right now for your life?”  Ask Masuda.

            “I just write for several magazines and help my aunt at her boutique.” Say Yukie.

            “You have changed a lot. I never recognize you but after a while, I realize it is you.” Say Masuda.

            “People tend to be change, Masuda-kun. I can’t be like the old me anymore.” Say Yukie.

            “Are you talking about that moment?” ask Masuda.

            “I don’t have to mention it to you anymore. It’s already been years and I already forget about it.” Say Yukie.

            Masuda want to ask more to her but Yukie already get off from the train. She walks straight to her home to get rest. She lay on sofa at living room and switch on the television. She refreshes back her memory about her past.

            “I don’t want to get chocolate from girl like you.” Say Masuda.

            “Why I think about it? I have no feeling to him anymore. He just someone that went to same school with me.” Say Yukie. She stands up and suddenly trip over table coffee. She says in her mind, “Never good thing happen if I think about him.”

            “Yukie-san, you want to join us to go Valentine party?” ask Minami.

            “No, it’s okay. I have things to do on that day.” Say Yukie.

            “Yukie-chan, can you help me to handle this costumer?” ask Akane.

            Yukie to meet the customer and really surprise because it is Masuda. He smiles to see her and says, “We meet again, Yukie-chan.”

            “Why you suddenly call me like that? What can I help you, sir?” ask Yukie.

            “I just want your help to choose which one suitable for me.” Say Masuda.

            Yukie just help Masuda to choose clothes. Masuda really happy to meet her again but he tries his best to hide it. He says in his mind, “She had change to a beautiful person but I hope her heart still the same.”

            “So, why you suddenly come to this boutique?” ask Yukie.

            “I just want to change my taste. I still remember you had told me about your aunt’s boutique. I always think that you leave this place after we graduate.” Say Masuda.

            “I had tried my luck at other place but it seems I stuck at here.” Say Yukie.

            “That a good thing you stuck at here.” Say Masuda but he says in low voice.

            “What did you say? I can’t hear it.” Say Yukie.

            “Nothing.” Say Masuda.

            “Hai, you want to buy these clothes?” ask Yukie.

            “Yes.” Say Masuda.

            Yukie bring the clothes to the cashier and Masuda just follow her. He pays the price for it and says to Yukie, “See you again soon.”

            After he leaves the boutique, they ask her, “Hey, you know Masuda? He’s from NEWS right?”

            “Yes, I know him but just as old schoolmate.” Say Yukie.

            That night, she make chocolate for Valentine at her house while listening to songs. She really enjoy the songs on the radio but when NEWS song on air, she remember about Masuda. She thinks about him and doesn’t realize her hand touch hot things at stove.

            “Itai!! Why it always bad things happen? I should not remember about him anymore.” Say Yukie to herself.

            She continues her work and never realizes the burn at her hand until the next morning. She calls her aunt to tell her, “Mana-san, I will arrive at boutique a bit late.”

            “What happen to you?” ask Mana.

            “I want to meet doctor and treat my burn because yesterday, I touch hot tray.” Say Yukie.

            “You must be spacing out, right? Okay, I will give you leave today but please take care yourself.” Say Mana.

            “Hai, Mana-san.” Say Yukie.

            She goes to clinic to treat the burn as she doesn’t really know how to treat it. After the treatment, the doctor writes something and says, “Make sure you take the medicine and be careful.”

            “Arigatou, sensei.” Say Yukie.

            She got to take the medicine and head out from that place. She goes to a park to relax herself as want to kill time. She sits on a bench and watch around her.  After several minutes, she decides to go out to music shop to find anything she wants.

            “Wow, we meet again.” Say Masuda.

            “Why I have to meet you again?” ask Yukie.

            “I went to the boutique but you’re not there. They said you on leave.” Say Masuda.

            “I hurt myself yesterday and go to meet doctor.” Say Yukie.

            “So, where you will go after this?” ask Masuda.

            “I think I will just go back straight to home.” Say Yukie.

            “Mind if you follow me for awhile?” ask Masuda.

            Masuda brings her to restaurant. Both of them take seats and a waiter comes as he gives menu to both of them. Masuda ask her, “Yukie-san, what you want to order?”

            “Masuda-kun, I’m not used to come place like this.” Say Yukie.

            “So, you want me to order for you?” ask Masuda.

            Yukie just nods her head. Masuda orders food and drink for both of them. He ask Yukie “How your burn?”

            “Ah, it’s just slight burn. It will heal in seconds.” Say Yukie.

            Masuda giggle when hear it and says, “You never change since the time I know you.”

            “Maybe but I bet you already forget about ‘that thing’.” Say Yukie.

            “What are do you mean by that?” ask Masuda.

            “I will never mention about it anymore.” Say Yukie.

            When the orders arrive, they just eat without saying anything. Masuda try to think what does Yukie mean by those words and he remembers about that moment. He want to say something about that moment but he think he don’t want to spoil the mood.

            “Massu, it’s your turn.” Say Tegoshi but Masuda seems spacing out.

            “Massu… Massu… It’s already your turn.” Say Shige as he taps Masuda’s shoulder.

            “Ah… okay.” Say Masuda.

            “Are you okay? Lately, you always spacing out.” Say Shige.

            “Nothing, I’m just fine.” Say Masuda and he go to set for his photo session.

            “Ne, are you in love?” ask Tegoshi after their work done.

            “What are you talking about?” ask Masuda back.

            “I just make random guess because you only spacing out during work only if you have problem.” Say Tegoshi.

            “No, it just a girl who make me spacing out. I think if she still angry about something at our past.” Say Masuda.

            “You reject something from her?” ask Koyama.

            “How you know?” ask Masuda.

            “Girls really sensitive about that thing. Some of them think that boys already hate them.” Say Koyama.

            “When it is happen?” ask Shige.

            “When we still in high school… I think. I had known her since grade school. I have feeling toward her but I didn’t tell her.” Say Masuda.

            “Maybe you should honest to yourself this time. Tell her your feeling and fix about what happen in past.” Say Koyama.

            “But will she accept me?” ask Masuda.

            “At least, she knows your feeling.” Say Tegoshi.

            Yukie leave out huge sigh and says, “I should not prepare this for him.” She holds a packet of chocolate with a card.

            Suddenly, her phone ringing and Masuda’s name appear on screen. She remember that she give her phone number to him past few days. She answer it calmly, “Hello, Masuda-kun. Why you suddenly call me?”

            “Gomen for call you at time like this. Can we meet tomorrow?” ask Masuda.

            “Gomen, Masuda-kun. I already agree to help my aunt at her boutique tomorrow. No one can replace me because all of them take leave.” Say Yukie.

            “So, can I meet you at the boutique?” ask Masuda.

            “Of course. I will wait at there.” Say Yukie.

            “I want to tell you something important.” Say Masuda.

            “You can’t tell it from phone?”  Ask Yukie.

            “No, its better we meet face to face.” Say Masuda.

            “Okay, I will wait for you at the boutique.” Say Yukie.

            Masuda arrive at in front of the boutique but he still doesn’t want to get into the place. He takes several deep breaths and thinks again. He gets in and sees Yukie still having customer with her.

            He acts like he wants to buy clothes and try to find something at rack. He waits until Yukie free to talk with him. After several minutes, she signals to follow her to back of the boutique. She serves drink to him and says, “What you want to talk?”

            “Wait a second…” say Masuda as he takes deep breaths.

            “What’s wrong with you?” ask Yukie.

            “I want to say sorry about what happen in the past. You want to give chocolate to me but I reject it.” Say Masuda.

            “Ah, about that thing, you don’t have to worry. I already forget it.” Say Yukie.

            “I should explain it why I didn’t take your chocolate. That moment, I was too scared if something will change between us. I also have rule to obey at that time and I have to bear my feeling to accept anything from you.” Say Masuda.

            “It’s okay.” Say Yukie.

            “And after that, I really regret and I always want to fix things between us. I want you to know that I love you.” Say Masuda.

            “EH?! Are you serious?” ask Yukie.

            “Do I look joking to you?” ask Masuda.

            “You always make fun of me with that face.” Say Yukie.

            “Yukie, right now I’m deadly serious about it. I love you and I want you only for me.” Say Masuda as he holds Yukie’s hands.

            “But I’m not like what you used to see. I just myself.” Say Yukie.

            “Because you just yourself, you make my heart beat skipped even a moment.” Say Masuda.

            Yukie goes to her bag and take out something. She gives to Masuda as she says, “If you say like that, I hope you accept this.”

            “Chocolate? Is this what the same that you gave me before?” ask Masuda.

            “Baka, I will never keep that thing. Even the chocolate is sweet but you made it bitter. This time, I hope the chocolate will taste sweet.” Say Yukie.

            “So, is that mean, you willing to become my lover?” ask Masuda.

            “Of course I’m willing to become it.” Say Yukie and she hug Masuda.

            “Why you seem want to leave here quickly?” ask Tegoshi.

            “I have things to do. Jane.” Say Masuda and he leave the room.

            “I bet he already have date with that girl.” Say Koyama.

            “I never think both of them can get together because of chocolate.” Say Shige.

            “At least, he happy with it and not spacing out anymore.” Say Koyama.

            Masuda go to meet Yukie at a café. Both of them will have fun on that day just like before. Before this, they have fun as best friend but this time, they will do it as lover and no one deny it anymore. Everyone happy to see their smile because it makes their world spin around and make them more mature in their life.

This is my first try to make fic using NEWS member as my hero.
